Well my mom’s house is located right next door to one of their “homes”, and Matt Briggs was in charge of it. Awhile back, a tree that’s located on their property, fell on my moms house. And in 2024, the rest of that tree fell onto our property. I contacted Matt Briggs regarding this. He claimed the tree was right on the property line so they were only responsible for 50% of this. They took me in for my intake and then they denied me services not a good place would not recommend to anybody very rude and disrespectful
My experience in the Saginaw cmh here has just been sad. They only made the situation worse by asking invasive questions, telling me what's wrong, but not offering any solutions to help. I asked for therapy & help with housing. If I fully depended on them, I'd be homeless & hopeless by now. There is no sense of urgency from staff to help in critical cases. Tell them you're about to be homeless and they will tell you they will get back with you in 1 or 2 business weeks. I found better results by asking Google what to do than ... read more
Worst building in Michigan. They just throw you on medicine after misdiagnose. If you have kids you think have mental illness just find better solutions because companies like this gets paid to keep you and on your child on meds.
Self determination department is wonderful. ER crisis unit take an advocate as you will need one especially if you have a disability. Ask for a patient advocate also, wish we would have done that for our Loved one. Keep pushing for help if you need it. We have found people that care and it makes a big difference!
