I was seen for a skin cancer screening exam. I was very happy with my experience at this office! It was very clean and appeared to be well organized. Olivia and Abby were very kind and professional! My exam was very thorough! I appreciated that Olivia used a magnifier for an in depth screening! I highly recommend this office!
I’m reporting Saginaw Bay Dermatology for improperly billing my client for services they needed to bill insurance for. Tracey in the billing department is completely incompetent and sent my client a bill out of pocket for services fully covered. Saginaw Bay Dermatology will rip you off and send a bogus bill to collections.
Everyone in the office is so kind, and helpful! It doesn’t matter what provider you get you will be very satisfied they’re all extremely knowledgeable. You won’t be disappointed.
