The office is great, staff is great. However. Dealing with billing is an absolute nightmare. You receive a text that gives you a link to pay. It does not give you an option to pay a portion. Only the entire balance. So I tried to go online. Typed all my details in. Said invalid, call the office. Called the office, went through the prompts, phone rang and rang till I got voicemail. I don't know that I have ever had such a hard time giving an office my money. Lord almighty its difficult.
