I have tried making an appointment for the last two months by calling multiple times, texting multiple times, and I even showed up in person when it says it was open (door locked and phone number went to VM). No one has answered or communicate communicated with me after my wife had ALREADY bought a massage as a gift for me. I’m almost convinced this is a scam, no sane business could operate like this. I’ve called and asked for a refund if I can’t book an appointment, and still no response.
They don’t have how communicate with them and they never respond the phone calls
I’ve been seeing Amber every month for the last year now. She is amazing, listens to your concerns and really works all the knots and pain out. She took the time to decorate the massage room and it looks very instagrammable and cozy! She’s also just a very sweet person all around and knows how to take care of her clients ☺️
