Terrible living here, they don't tell you about the cockroaches until it's already too late, and the plants and trees seem to all be dried up and dead, I'm not sure if they even get watered anymore. Neighbors are extremely loud and it's uncomfortable to sleep sometimes, I would've given this place 1 star but I only gave it 2 because of the free stuff they give you during the holidays. And also, there's a massive bee infestation,been stung by one of them before. Lovely place for plants but I guess not so much for humans.

its kinda good cuz its mostly quite here and only proplem is that thr owner should take care of the roaches and take care of the garbages outside

Add says "this is an equal housing opportunity". Farm workers "preferred" So at any rate one person told me I could apply, I'm not a farm worker but have two kids in need of housing and another told me nothing was available and they ONLY rent to farmworkers while they have posted an add almost every day this past week with apartments available.
