My time at Sagewood was really pleasant. The staff was amazing and my apartment was nice, spacious, and clean. I enjoyed sitting at the gated key access pool area on Sundays very family oriented.
WARNING! BEWARE! Apartment Homes by Tonti in metaire is a big MONOPOLY SCAM! The apartment building and security profits on tow truck companies through out the day and night. I have spent thousands of dollars on my car being towed due to no available guest parking spaces. I have spent thousands of dollars on repairs due to loose rocks hitting my windshield/scrapping my car due to horrible construction work in the area. I regret to live in that roaches 🪳 apartment for all that time , worst apartment ever. I lost a lot of things in that apartment. When I ordered on Instacart, the shopper put the my stuff at the front door, people took my shopping 🛍 4 times. I always order on Amazon I lost a lot of items. Amazon always give me my refund. That sagewood apartment tonti whatever it is . If you want a better life don’t go live there.
Sagewood apartment is not a good place in Metairie, we moved out because of roaches we decided to buy a house, and then the service management is not good sometimes, and also people stolen my stuff outside when I ordered online. Today my husband received a mail they charge us more than $3000, and our deposit was $700. My husband don’t like to owe anything he went to go sent the money to them. Someone hit our car very bad. This appartement has a lot of noise cause people making daycare a lot of kids running outside. If there’s no playground like a park why people let theirs kids go outside to play. That’s not fair. Roaches , frog, flies, the management are so careless. The kids running all over the apartment. They make a lot of noise
