When I moved in, I was told that the laundry rooms would be free to use. I was excited about that, especially since I am already paying a shared water bill with the entire complex. Recently, the laundry machines were upgraded, which I initially thought was a positive change. However, when I went to do laundry, I found out that the new machines now charge $2.30 per washer and dryer load. Do not live here. Very gradually they do screw you over a bit. •My rent has gone up every year for the smallest apartment they have available •laundry USE to be Free now costs 2.30 per load and they’re laundry machines are often down •they will tow you for a flat tire even though you have a signed lease with them •water is often shut off because of maintenance •when I first moved in the bathtub was suppose to be replaced from the tenet before but they never showed up to replace it. •something as small as a single broken blin... read more
I would recommend zero stars but it doesn’t allow it. This place is terrible! DO NOT RENT OR EVEN CONSIDER TOURING! The management and the corporate office are terrible it’s all about money for them! These apartments aren’t safe to live in at all! Nothing is kept up with and they don’t maintain them the way they should! For your safety and families go ANYWHERE ELSE.
