I had a great experience with Sagewood Apartments throughout my stay. Moving can be stressful but they made everything go a lot smoother than I expected. My experience at Sagewood Apartments has changed significantly over the past several months. When Neveah and Tiffany were in the office, communication was much more professional, respectful, and residents felt like their concerns mattered. Since they left, the level of customer service has declined. Emily has been dismissive and difficult to communicate with, making what are already stressful situations even more frustrating.
