The best staff I’ve ever had!! They treat their people like family. They are always having activities to connect with the community. They helped me and my fiancé get a place quickly and swiftly when we first moved to Lubbock and didn’t have anywhere to go! Nevaeh and Tiffany make my day every-time I visit the office! We love being part of this sagewood family!

Great place to live! Calm and quiet, nice pool. Office employees very polite!
Where to start. This place is a cheaply built apartment that falls apart. I’ve never had more problems anywhere else than here. How am I going to get in trouble and charged for not removing my clothes when the dryers stop working halfway through or don’t even dry clothes properly at all. Every time I need maintenance to fix something it takes several days for them to contact me and try to fix the problem or they will rush through it and not even fix anything.
