We hired another company that contracts with Sagewire. Today they had an employee show up and it was a disaster. The employee didn't know anything about the project. Was not prepared in any way and wasted 8.5 hours. I finally asked the individual to leave at 8:30PM because they had wasted enough of my valuable time.
I know everyone talks about 24/7 support but to actually get it is amazing. Sagewire can make it happen. Perfect no, but day in day out is excellent. Need regular IT support, check them out.
Sagewire Solutions is a great team, that is easy to communicate with and excellent at what they do. They are very polite and I highly recommend!
