I had a routine exam in January. August I get a call from a debt collector stating I owed more money. I called the Credit department and they told me not their problem I owe the difference. I called the Finance Department and spoke with Ella G and she laughed at me over the phone, interrupted me, told me to calm down or she would hang up, would not let me talk and then I had to bluntly tell her to let me pay the bill, that I NEVER RECEIVED A COPY of so I could get off the phone! My experience at Sagewest was phenomenal. From the personal care I received from the nurses to the excellent food. My hat goes off to the best nurses I have ever had who poked my fingers for blood; inserted needles for anti-biotics; came running every time I set off an alarm; but mostly for treating me like a human being instead of another patient. Sheena, Kara, Chez and Jona - Thank You!

I we nt there because my butt and leg hurts and the doc came in the room I told him where it hurt he said got on utube and watch Bob and Ted they can help u more then I can. He then walked out of the room and a nurse came in gave me a shot in the arm and a pill and then gave me my discharge papers and sent me home. That's really a way to help someone that is still hurting as I am.

Terrible ER service. It took them over 2 hours to provide Ibuprofen to my son, he is 4 years old and he had broken his pinky toe. They also treated me terrible over the phone when I reached out regarding a billing issue.

My husband had outpatient surgery at Sage West and the surgical team was fantastic. The nurses, Jola, Jane, Princess and Angelica were so kind and made all the difference. Dr. Smith communicated the plan and gave us the confidence to move forward. Thank you for being there for us.
