Was one of many condos that had repiping done for our high and low rises. Found the job they did to be poor. First, they insisted they go through my kitchen instead of bathroom and then broke my counter top in 3 places, but insisted they were only liable for a couple hundred dollars, which is nothing compared to replacement costs. I realize the project manager has a very taxing job, but he doesn't always give accurate information. We have been repiping done since 5/16/25 . It is now June 11,2025, and our master bathroom still has not been finished. The overall crew has been very good. They have been courteous and efficient.

Eb Sarnessar was terrific during my re-pipe at Niguel Beach Terrace at Strands Beach in Dana Point, CA. Not only did Eb arrive in person to introduce himself, he was in constant telephone contact with me regarding the re-pipe schedule.
