Scott went above and beyond in assisting us with our sofa purchase. He is highly knowledgeable and good humoured. He provided tonnes of information and support as we made our decision. When a one-time, highly unusual issue occurred with our order, Scott worked hard to resolve the problem and make things right. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend Scott and the Sager's store.
