I was apprehensive at first, group therapy is not common for me . It was the best choice I could have made for myself. The administration staff were so great, timely and always ready to help. The therapists were very welcoming and they ensured everyone had time to speak and share their difficulties. I was nervous when I first started at SagePoint. I didn’t know what to expect and worried it might feel awkward. But from the first day the staff made me feel welcome and supported. Exceptional Mental Health Support - Highly Recommended! I had the best experience at Sage Point. From the moment I joined the program, I felt truly supported and cared for.
