Place is very nice for living but if we talk about service, not so great. I haven’t been living here long, whenever i have a maintenance request, it’s usually done within time and is done nicely, but when it comes to the local team, they never reach you. I had a parking issue and still have it, i have been contacting them since January and it’s June now but no one has gotten back to me yet. I have called multiple times but no one reaches back. Started out trying to reach out to these people and got messages back from 8 different people with every email reply, then finally saw the unit and last minute was told it was only for low income and in the suite you have to have your own washer and dryer and in the ad it says it's in suite, also said it was 1229 in rent in the ad and when we got there they said it was 1260.. very annoying and unprofessional and a waste of time driving out from Calgary
