I'm not really one to write bad reviews, but I felt this was important to share, as others should be aware. In reading all these 5-star reviews, I'm glad that others have found the help they needed, but it was not the case for me. The receptionist was so friendly and warm, Melanie was very friendly, and my visit with Karen Newsome, APRN was so tremendously helpful and illuminating, I don’t have words!
