The wait time is ridiculous! I waited for an hour and forty five minutes in the lobby and still never got called back. There were two people who checked in and got called back within 15 minutes upon their arrival. I don't care if anyone is a new patient or not, that's just poor customer service. There were also two people before me that waited over an hour and got up to ask the receptionist how much longer it would be or if they were forgotten. Very disappointed with this facility. I wish I had a better experience with this office. My referral was received in April, and I even received an email confirming it had been received. After waiting months without hearing anything, I followed up only to be told they couldn’t locate my referral and that they needed additional documentation. I immediately submitted everything they requested, including my referral, clinical notes, and lab results, and was told my referral would be prioritized due to the length of time I’d already been waiting. Had appointment at 1pm front desk said 12:40 pm ...I even had the appointment card. Still didn't see me. Now won't be seen for 2 months. Avoid this place at all cost. Now I know why there rating is 2.9

Been calling 3 days now still no return call They claim to try to transfer the call don’t get an answer schedule a callback and nothing I’m in need of my medication to be filled and can’t based on a simple phone call this place has negative reviews for a reason
