Jared has a great approach to wellness. He utilizes stretching, motion work, and other targeted therapies that specifically address what you're looking for. Daw Jared for a few sessions while recovering from surgery and it was exactly what I needed. Professional, reasonably priced, and great space.
I’ve gotten a LOT of massages in my life in very many places, and Jared provides a 10/10 experience all the way through.
