I had forgotten to get a test a specialist had requested that I have done. I only had 3 business days before my next appointment, which would have had to be rescheduled. I called Sage West to see if they could possibly get me in. I was given an appointment (I believe for the next day), and was able to keep the appointment with the specialist. The hospital staff was friendly and professional, and I only had a short wait. The tech performing the test also explained the procedure, which I appreciated.

The phlebotomist and other staff were great. The communication system is not good. My doctor never received by blood test results. And it was very expensive. $2000 for a standard blood test!!

I had a routine exam in January. August I get a call from a debt collector stating I owed more money. I called the Credit department and they told me not their problem I owe the difference. I called the Finance Department and spoke with Ella G and she laughed at me over the phone, interrupted me, told me to calm down or she would hang up, would not let me talk and then I had to bluntly tell her to let me pay the bill, that I NEVER RECEIVED A COPY of so I could get off the phone!
