During a recent inspection, a problem with my tankless water heater was found, and a technician came to my house to fix it. He was quite thorough, showing that he knew a lot and was very skilled. He also showed that he was professional. I saw it happen, so I know. The technician kept me up to date and involved the whole time. I don't think many processes were skipped, and everything was described as clearly as it could be.

He was very thorough, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and skill, and also a little something called professionalism. I know because I was watching. The technician kept me informed and involved throughout the entire process, by my estimation very few steps were skipped, and the whole thing was explained in about as clear a manner as possible.
