I used Sage Ventures Ltd. to replace my old back deck. The pricing was reasonable that I was able to add on an extension along with a patio shade cover. The project was started and finished in a reasonable amount of time and just in time for the beautiful Spring weather. Todd, Mark, Josh, and the rest of the team did an outstanding job! We asked for a deck replacement, an additon, and to have it covered. They went above and beyond to exceeded expectations, and I couldn't be more happy. They really listened to what we wanted, and not only did they deliver, they added features that accounted for the safety of my toddler. Everything from the service to the work completed was outstanding. The patio and awning was completed ahead of schedule. In a time where many things do go wrong this means a lot.

Todd and his team were dependable, knowledgeable, and polite. They stayed within the quoted time frame. I found them on google and was pleasantly impressed with their team! They gutted our main floor living, including our kitchen. We are now out of the 70’s and into 2024! We absolutely love their work and our new kitchen!!
