this is a totally different experience. chelsea will explain everything before you start the session. it feels so relaxing.
I recently had a Cranial Sacral massage and it was amazing. Chelsea was extremely thorough and explained the whole process before hand. The massage was extremely meditative and done with light touch. She was able to pick up on small cues my body gave and focus her attention on areas that were more troubled. Her skills and knowledge are impressive. It was truly a transformative experience.
I highly recommend Chelsea, she is the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. She knows how to read my body well and always recommends just want I need. Most recently I tried a different form of stress relief called craniosacral, as I struggle with anxiety. Again Chelsea was able to ease my mind, helping not only my body but my mind relax. 10/10 of any of your physical or mental needs.
