A great experience This was our first time boarding as we have always had friends take care of our two dogs. We did a lot of research before touring any of our selections. Sage Valley was our first stop and our last. Upon entering the main office, we immediately felt at ease. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. On our first visit, Tom (the owner) came out to talk with us for over 20 minutes. Great setting and great service for boarding your pet Recently I had to find a boarding facility for a rescue pup who had to wait to be transported. Sage Valley had no problem bringing him in on short notice. They treated him extremely well including his special diet. I would recommend this facility and will use it in the future for my own dogs.
never again the staff was abrupt, rude. when we picked up our dog, his bed and coat were covered in dried fecal matter. there was white hair all over his bed and collar (he is black). This required bathing a large dog after returning home from a 3 day trip
Great My pets are very special to me, so I am very nervous about boarding them when I am away - Sage Valley took exceptional care of them and the facilities as well as the staff were exceptional as well - I will continue to board there, and I highly recommend it to other pet owners!
They ripped us off We left our two cats at Sage Valley after seeing online that they charged $10/day/cat. When we arrived they did not make it known to us that the charges were higher. When we went to pickup the cats on January 25th 2011 we were charged $420.00 which was $160.00 more than the advertised price. We had to sign the receipt because we had to get our cat's back at the time we picked them up.
