Communication during the process was okay but the day of settlement was extremely uncomfortable closing with Christophe. He didn't even acknowledge my clients when they got there. During the closing he was stern and gave off the impression that he did not want to be there or close my clients. Don't know if you want to call it a bad day or if that's his personality towards others but we definitely didn't like it. I didn't have to use this Title company at all and I won't come back. - Real Estate agent
I'm not satisfied with their service. The attorney, Christophe, still was holding my payoff funds in his account in next 48 hours after the closing, and seemed to unintentionally release it if I did not call and ask for the reason. It's weird! I would not recommend this company.
