Did an EMDR intensive with Dadiana at Sage Talk Therapy, and it was a really powerful experience. It was deep work packed into a shorter time, but it never felt rushed she guided it well and made sure I felt grounded throughout. I walked out feeling lighter and less stuck on things that had been bothering me for a long time. Definitely glad I did it.
