The food and service was absolutely wonderful. Food portions slightly smaller, but the prices are unbeatable. It's a great program and a great way to prepare students.
Delishious and beautiful! The food and staff are equally amazing and it was a wonderful dining experience. The program is obviously exceptional and full of success and purpose. We would recommend Sage Student Bistro to everyone, it's a hidden gem! Thank you for everything! Hats off to Chef Michael and his team.
Food was better than good. Service was among the best we have had. Our server who was obviously a student, had "studied hard" She knew the fare. she was attentive without being pushy. Portions were a bit skimpy by Omaha standards but well presented and quite tasty. Sage is a hidden gem for a couple of reasons. It is training a fresh new group of food service professionals & it is also a fine dining establishment in an area that has few.
Dinner was amazing! I can not wait to dine here again. Ambiance wonderful, staff very knowledgeable and the price out of this world! What a hidden little gem! We will be back time and time again!

Entirely blown away! Superb in every way. I am so thrilled we have such an exquisite dining experience in Omaha. And, so affordable, too! I will be a regular now that I know about Sage.
