They canceled on me twice, I canceled on them twice (I was sick, another time my kids were sick) I had a no show (this was my fault) went on the wrong day. Wrote it on my calendar wrong showed up and was rudely turned away, told me I couldn't ever be seen by them based on my past 2 cancelations. Yet, they canceled twice too. Oh well, I guess I'll have to find someone new.
My husband is on a transplant list. For MONTHS NOW we have had issues with being lied too. You don’t change a patient’s prescription without prior authorization and then lie and say you don’t have our insurance on file. Lie how could we have been able to get the supplies or the medical care without it and when it was updated. Two insurance types on file bill one i really don’t care which. I don’t think anyone at this office realizes that every time you drag your butt filling an order for a transplant patient you put that pat... read more
