The staff that checked me in and prepared me for my visit with Catherine were caring, efficient and professional. Catherine manages several of my endocrine issues and always takes into consideration my other health problems. Her knowledge, experience and education are evident and I appreciate this. Do not for any reason use this place. I made an appointment 4 months ago to see an endocrinologist and after not being able to contact them over the phone I made a visit in person to clarify. They said whoever I spoke with didn’t actually make the appointment and the best they could offer is sorry. I’m now looking at 6-8 months before I can see a real endocrinology clinic because of how much time they wasted of mine. Unreal
I had a really bad experience with William Sera. I went to him recently because I am 8 yrs Post Thyroidectomy for Papillary Carcinoma. Before my first appt I had an ultrasound on my neck and thyroid ordered by my PC. Results came back with 3 suspicious lymph nodes and some curious tissue that had not been there before in the thyroid bed. I gave him my ultrasound results & then gave him recent labs that showed elevated Testosterone levels. He very unprofessionally yelled at me No, No, No we are only discussing your thyroid. Ms. Soller has the rare ability to look at me, as a whole person, in great detail when I have a new problem and while following up on an existing one. She puts it all together and arrives at a diagnosis and treatment plan that is well thought out and that I am in agreement with.
