Horrible front desk service. Could never get a return call. They decide to no longer accept my Insurance, so will not fill prescriptions. Stay away, why would you treat patients like this?
Uses an archaic billing system (mail or phone only, and both are unreliable). Front desk staff had to help correct this, and I do appreciate their assistance, hence 2 stars instead of 1. The practice as a whole gives me the vibe of being a cash grab, spending the least amount of money possible for basic infrastructure.
The front desk lady LESLIE needs to be fired already. She’s rude every single time, she’s not helpful at all. Zero front desk skills. She laughs at the patients. FIRE HER ALREADY
Hello, I changed my review due to a number of reasons, First is soller cannot be reached for appointment information and cancellations then they charge you 180+ every missed vist plus her office no longer calls to confirm appointments, and just recently I found a new doctor to cover my needs for both diabetes and thyroid and my new doctor told me my previous doctor who was Dr Kathryn soller was over dosing me and I was lucky the new provider caught it in time or there would be unreversible damage to my thyroid and overall he... read more
I have been meeting with Cathy Soller for a number of years. She has assisted me to manage my diabetes and thyroid disease. She is always positive and encouraging.
