I am disappointed with the customer service. I had my roof replaced in June 2019. I had a water leak during a rain storm in January, 2020. They repair the leak, but I have ceiling damage that Sage Roofing will not repair or compensation me for. I have made attempts by phone to get this resolve with no response. I feel like they are not professional when taking care of their customers. So I have to repair my ceiling out of my pocket expense.

We are very aware of this situation. The issue with the interior is the homeowner has SEVERAL water stains on her ceiling. Some of them have mold. The leak from our installation was very small and she claimed we caused all the damage to the ceiling when in fact, as mentioned, there are several leak stains all over the ceiling in that room. We told the homeowner we could fix the ceiling but there would be a charge as we would have to repair all the previous leaks that have happened over a long period of time.
