Recently, Juan and his team helped us sell our 4 plex in Long beach CA. We sat down with Juan and agreed on a Listing price and he said it could sell in 2 months to one year. Fortunately, it sold in 2 weeks with an all cash buyer with a 30 day escrow. I don't think you can find a more personable and knowledgeable realtor to sell your apartment building in Long beach. They are truly specialists in this field.
