As a first time rental property owner, I soon realized I needed more help than I could muster up on my own. Sage Holden property management came through and made it a breeze so that I don't lose any more valuable time. They manage the tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance and more. I cant say enough about the great service they provide!
As a long time renter Ive had terrible management and regretted my decision every time. I'm Thankful I found Sage Holden and now my family can sleep safe and sound without worring about a property manager that wont answer calls and not fix our issues. Cant recommend them enough!

Wonderful rental company! I lived in one of the apartments for years. They were always very attentive and helpful. My dryer stopped working (ended up being a quick simple fix, my cat knocked the cord out) they came that evening to fix it. The apartment was clean and comfortable when I moved in. And when I left it in the same condition moving out they efficiently returned my deposit. If I hadn’t moved states I would absolutely rent from them again.
