I wish they had zero as an option. For those of you who did not get your pool finished, you have been thr lucky ones. Sean seemed like a super nice guy. He built a pool for me about 7 years ago. Until he needed the money, project was moving fast, once we got to final punch list and cleanup nothing got done. I had to do the major cleanup at the end. That was not so bad. Since then I had major issues on performance of the pool. Rebar rust spot all over the pool. I have drained the pool 3 times so far to chip out the concrete... read more

Nelson Pool & Spa Repair is currently working with another home owner that has had their project abandoned by Sage Pools. We a fully licensed, insured, and bonded to provide equipment installations.

DO NOT USE these guys for your pool. Owner Sean Sage does not care about anything other than his own pocket. My story....it has taken over 10 months to finish my pool since they broke ground (I was told it would take 8 weeks). Their go to answer for not completing work is 'shortage of workers', yet they sub contract everything out. The subs told me they don't like working for Sean because he doesn't pay them timely if at all. But Sean is sure to pick up his installment check from you the homeowner.
