Tanner the initial sales representative did not mention a cancelation fee for services. He in turn reduced the service fee to $29.99 and said if I was unhappy the cancelation wouldn't be charged. I was unhappy with the initial person that came out, informed Sage and they scheduled another appointment. I'm even more dissatisfied with how this appointment went. I called them to pay the bill out of courtesy and cancel my services. Guess what they are still trying to charge me $150 cancelation fee. I refuse to argue with you all... read more
We had a mouse problem, and James came out to handle the issue and treat for various other things. He was extremely thorough and super helpful! great guy, very friendly, and great service! We caught a mouse before he even left! He generously gave us a few extra traps on his way out. A+ service. Highly recommend!
Phenomenal staff & service! James treated our home, inside & out. Additionally, he treated for mice and we caught one BEFORE he left! James took time to explain what he was doing & why.
