Office staff always listens and is as accommodating as they can be. Occasionally can be hard to actually use the 24 hour call line for emergency maintenance depending on who picks up the phone and who is on call that night sadly. But thank god for the cleaning lady as well, as she is the only blessing that keeps the building in check, as residents will regularly throw their trash on the floor, spill drinks and food everywhere, and will purposefully leave ripped open trash bags that they dropped right near the entrance to the... read more

I genuinely don’t know where to begin. I wish I could give this apartment zero stars. It’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The place wasn’t clean when I arrived, and everything is outdated. I strongly advise against renting here. It’s a complete joke. Rent is due the first of the month, and if you don’t pay, they charge an 8% fee. They’re also notorious for towing cars. I waited awhile post move out to be able to gather my thoughts and let my frustration settle. We lived here for over 10 years and during that time a lot had changed; the name, the management, the amenities and what had to be paid for on top of rent. I will say, no matter what, document EVERYTHING in writing. It will be your only saving grace.
