Great maintenance!
I genuinely don’t know where to begin. I wish I could give this apartment zero stars. It’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The place wasn’t clean when I arrived, and everything is outdated. I strongly advise against renting here. It’s a complete joke. Rent is due the first of the month, and if you don’t pay, they charge an 8% fee. They’re also notorious for towing cars. I waited awhile post move out to be able to gather my thoughts and let my frustration settle. We lived here for over 10 years and during that time a lot had changed; the name, the management, the amenities and what had to be paid for on top of rent. I will say, no matter what, document EVERYTHING in writing. It will be your only saving grace. Been living here for 5 years the HOT WATER IS ALWAYS OUT ON THE weekend they charge for water and everything else just to pick and choose when it works !! Don’t take accountability for anything worst apartment complex to live in literally and they charge 1,400 just for a 2 bedroom after paying for water heat/electricity garbage n so on you gone be at about 1,700 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom WORST PLACE TO LIVE !!!
