Bridget, Rob and the other office lady (sorry did not get her name) were all terrific to work with. Communication, responsiveness and overall care for the property all are on point!!
Their work is exceptional; they are a great team.
This was my first apartment at 18 years old, I lived there for 2 years. For the price it was as expected, I loved my apartment- was shown the apartment I was receiving, bills for water , electricity wasn’t too bad. Under $100 combined. There are reviews talking about the cleanliness of the place but it’s only dirty because of tenants littering outside and occasionally in the halls. Office staff always listens and is as accommodating as they can be. Occasionally can be hard to actually use the 24 hour call line for emergency maintenance depending on who picks up the phone and who is on call that night sadly. But thank god for the cleaning lady as well, as she is the only blessing that keeps the building in check, as residents will regularly throw their trash on the floor, spill drinks and food everywhere, and will purposefully leave ripped open trash bags that they dropped right near the entrance to the... read more
