I visit Sage Oaks weekly for a Bible Devotional reading with their residents that Bridgette, their activities director, and I coordinate together on. The facility is nice and clean! I love that their kitchen/grill area is open and flows into the activity and lounge space making it easy for everyone to interact and engage. Mom passed away on October 24, 2024. Because of the friendships that were built during her time there with the residents, their families and the staff, i continues to go and visit. Maybe 3 or 4 times a week I go and just hangout. It has been such therapy to the healing of my heart with Moms passing. I say all of this to say, sage oak was not just a place for mom, it becomes family. They not only care for the resident, they care about the family. Number one: Mon is very happy at Sage Oak! That is a priority for me. Second: All the staff is wonderful to Mom, we have great communication almost daily . There’s always an open door for visitors. The food is outstanding considering bldg 6 has fantastic and friendly chefs. Mom’s needs are met daily and I feel the staff is always very observant of her heath. I highly recommend Sage Oak. I wouldn’t want mom anywhere else.
