Called and left a message with the answering service regarding a billing question at about 7:30 am for an appt at 11 am. Was told I would be called back and by 9:20 and had not heard anything. Called directly and spoke with a woman in billing. The woman I spoke with started off with and attitude right away - I had mentioned "if I have a copay I am unable to pay it today".
