Sage has to be the most awkward and uncomfortable place I have been in years and I have been through a lot of uncomfortable situations in the last few years. Everyone knows that sobriety is a hard place to get to after being addicted for so many years and you definitely have to put work into it. We do that by getting treatment from a place and people that we trust and feel comfortable with. I felt judged from the moment I walked into the building. From the little snobby secretary to the nurse to the counselors and the doctor... read more

Nicholas, we are so sorry that you had a negative experience at Sage. Our program is created based on what we have found best helps our patients. Our main focus is making sure that you feel supported before and through our program, but it sounds like that is the not the experience you had. If you send us a direct message, we would love to coordinate and see if there is a way to make it up to you.
I have read quite a few reviews for sage and all I can say is how surprised I was. I have been getting care here for a while now. Sage has helped me in more ways than I can describe. Sure I have been frustrated at times. However my doctors are very caring and compassionate. I even trialed TMS at one point and felt like I haven’t in years. It was too bad it didn’t last. I am quite aware I can expect certain things from my providers. This is an excellent clinic. If you are looking for excellent mental healthcare this would be ... read more
I've been with Sage since 2013 and I've seen them work tirelessly to bring person-centered care into the mental health field and fighting for the equality of mental health in relation to allopathic medicine. I've been so lucky to work with Dr. Gary Borrell to whom I've established an amazing rapport and with his support, made amazing progress.
they have been helping my wife better than any other doctors office in Albuquerque.
Lack of empathy from staff (reception staff & director) and doctors for new patients running late. I called prior to my first appointment to notify staff of my tardiness and upon my arrival, AFTER starting paperwork, was told I would not be seen. They could have saved me the half hour trip and we rescheduled on the phone. I waited 8 months for this appointment. Trite attitude altogether from the three women I spoke to in person. Bad energy in this office. I sense the space has not been SAGED in a while.
Simply put, I am finally with the right counselor! Thank you Sarah!!!
a very good place to seek and get help
I have been a patient at Sage for years. everyone there is incredibly kind and willing to help. I have never had an issue with getting an appointment and they don’t just push meds; they help with the actual issue. Dr. Sutter and PA Drager listen to your issues and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. I’m very grateful for all you do!
