I've shopped at Sage Mountain Natural Foods since it opened. It has grown into a responsive, creative, multifaceted market; much more than it's quite store front suggests. It carries hard to find items. It's bulk foods section is clean, with fresh stock. A browse of non-food items is a treasure hunt. It has the feel of a compact urban grocery where a simple door leads to a warren of exciting things to eat and cook with. It used to be a once a month stop. Now I go to Sage Mountain every time I market.
