I’ve been moved out for a few months now and wanted to share my honest experience living at Sage. While the physical apartments are nice, the day-to-day management makes it hard to recommend. I only stayed here for one year and was ready to move. The Cons: Parking Nightmare: Parking is a steep $300 a month. Very simple
The building is careless and has no rules because they don’t have a front desk. You will get attacked by an off leash animal This individual walks his dog daily without leash when it’s A LAW. He is violating the law and building rules and doesn’t get reprimanded by anyone. He does this DAILY without a care and ignores surrounding neighbors when they talk to him. He is not the first person from Sage to walk their dog without a leash but because is NO enforcement people can do what they want. BE WARE AND STAY SAFE
