The building is careless and has no rules because they don’t have a front desk. You will get attacked by an off leash animal This individual walks his dog daily without leash when it’s A LAW. He is violating the law and building rules and doesn’t get reprimanded by anyone. He does this DAILY without a care and ignores surrounding neighbors when they talk to him. He is not the first person from Sage to walk their dog without a leash but because is NO enforcement people can do what they want. BE WARE AND STAY SAFE
Very frustrating move-out experience. The leasing office overcharged us for an extra day of rent, took over two months to process the security deposit refund, lost the original refund check, and then issued a replacement check without correcting the overcharge. We are still trying to recover the money. Extremely inefficient accounting and poor follow-up.

I had a really great experience working with Krista Ashcraft during my apartment transfer at Sage. I originally thought I would be moving out, but later decided to transfer to another unit within the building, and Krista was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Huge thank you to Krista Ashcraft for helping me with my apartment transfer at Sage! I had originally planned to move out, but later decided to stay and transfer to another unit. Krista went above and beyond to help make the process smooth and simple, even with the timing complications on my end.
