Tara is the best therapist I’ve ever had. In the few months that I’ve been seeing her, there has been an obvious positive change in just about every aspect of my life. She makes sessions a safe space of comfortability, honesty, and zero judgment, while also making sure to get to the root of the issue at the pace of the patient. I look forward to my sessions because there’s never a time that I walk out feeling worse than when I walked in. If you’re unsure about therapy, check her out first.
