Hmm I can’t tell you 100% I love this place. I love my home, and I love the area (north Phoenix) but as for these apartments? It’s worn off the shine. Tbh.. I’ve been here OVER A YEAR. And I honestly have 50/50 feelings for it. I don’t hate it, but I don’t love it either. My feelings are neutral. It definitely has it’s pros and cons (as any place I’m sure, especially when renting) Front office will do EVERYTHING possible to get that commission, to get you to sign a lease. Fast Maintinence, friendly and professional
Honestly, I’m usually an apartment complex hater, but I’ve had a really great experience at Sage. Maintenance and office staff are responsive and so friendly. I dig it. Hopefully this continues over the next year too!
