Sage "Luxury" apartments??? What s joke. Can a place really be called luxury living if they leave a tenant without a dishwasher for over 3 months AND COUNTING? Would a luxury apartment avoid daily calls and give the run around after each weekly inquiry about the dishwasher? Do luxury apartments leave you on hold for 30 minutes and then NEVER reply to your text about being left on hold and having to hang up because your lunch is over? I doubt it. If there is a review you read. Let it be mine. I had lived there for 5 years. I started off with mold issues and the master shower was not cleaned from the black mold. The main maintenance man would treat me like I know nothing because I am a women. they would 'fix' stuff, AKA rig stuff and it would break within months. I was hit by a Maintenance golf cart into the back of my bumper some years back. (given I was halfway pulled out and she was ON HER PHONE) and they tried to place the blame on me. Reading these reviews really gives me some much room to doubt this place - which is a bummer because they do look nice. As much as I want to give it the benefit of the doubt, it's really getting hard to do - the rent amount has changed 3 times in 2 days for the same unit. I get it, they use a computer system to determine the rates but that - in it self leads me to believe they depend to much on technology to run a very much people business.
