Best landlord I’ve ever had. When they raise your rent, it’s like $25. They do month-to-month after your first year, fix things when they break, don’t charge pet rent, and overall just not slumlords like the rest of the landlords in Eugene. I’ve had many experiences with other companies and none even begin to compare. Sage will treat you like you’re a decent person.
