I lived at one of their properties for about a year and it was unquestionably my favorite! It was a beautiful little townhouse that was also affordable. The management seem like good people and were responsive. I was sad to leave and only did because I moved to a different city. I got pretty much all of my deposit back.
Best landlord I’ve ever had. When they raise your rent, it’s like $25. They do month-to-month after your first year, fix things when they break, don’t charge pet rent, and overall just not slumlords like the rest of the landlords in Eugene. I’ve had many experiences with other companies and none even begin to compare. Sage will treat you like you’re a decent person.
