I have worked with Lauren @ Sage Integrative Healing for two years now. Her approach is thoughtful and kind. I have learned a lot about myself and with her support and insights I have navigated through the end of a marriage with grace. It wasn't easy, but , it's done. I'm looking forward to the future, and continuing to work with Lauren until I feel solidly on my path.

I found Lauren online. She knows about NET, family systems, and a lot of the other therapies I haven't heard of. It kinda went over my head and I wasn't too familiar with psychotherapy at the time. However, she was very good at trying to explain these things to me. She apparently does a combination of techniques and therapies. She was very concise with the therapy. My experience with Lauren has been amazing! If you want to level up your personal growth and really get to the root of whatever is holding you back, then I highly recommend working with her. Lauren introduced me to NET (Neuro Emotional Technique), and it has changed my life! The technique itself is relatively quick and easy, but the impact is profound. My stress and anxiety levels have reduced considerably, and my nervous system is less reactive. It does require a certain level of vulnerability and willingness to explore how past experiences impact present behaviors or reactions to life stressors.
