Our home built with Sage Homes is the perfect fit for our family. We had ideas on a floor plan we would like to build and in meeting with Chris; he paired our ideas with one of his existing plans. The finished home has all we wanted and more, with friends and visitors complimenting on the craftsmanship and livability. We have lived in our Sage home for one year now. It was such a fun process to see it from start to finish. We really got to know the team behind Sage especially with all the family friendly events they host! Emily was attentive and did a great job giving us weekly updates. Terrible customer service, Chris never followed up with warranty work. And the yard was never graded right. Please take your time when choosing a builder, and chose a different one than sage.
