I really like my provider and working with the front desk for scheduling is easy. However, working with the teams who request prior authorizations for medications is a nightmare. I feel like I have to babysit the process each time and it requires nearly daily calls to get anything moving. Took forever (4 months) to schedule one appointment. Front desk was not cooperative and never called back once. Online appointment document was never mentioned after I filled out 5 times. Meds always take a long long time to be sent out to pharmacies. Hate this place!
Valerie is an absolutely vile human being the way she treats people trying to seek help during a manic episode which entails irritability. However because I used profanities, she could now schedule me. She started off horribly not listening and even saying “sorry I was having two conversations at once, can you repeat yourself” can you do your job? Can you help your ill patients? Overmedicated me and made me more miserable
One they didn’t do anything to help you. All they did was do legit groups meetings in the am and the rest of the day you were watching tv or hanging with other patients. Also staff was super rude especially the case workers and also they held me 3 extra days when I was supposed to be let go after 72 hours. All the patients basically agreed we were just watching tv 99% of the time and the classes were just nothing to help anybody. It feels like a scam.
