Theresa is a terrible provider, I was given antipsychotics and mood stabilizers for MILD SITUATIONAL DEPRESSION before the age of 16, she gave me lithium and tried putting me on depakote and lamotrigine when im not bipolar nor have a history of manic episodes. It's impossible to get an appointment and they don't call back, I asked for a referral for disability services which Theresa Pesceck has never bothered to give me several months later, I've asked at the most recent appointment and still nothing. She also has put me on heavy medication only used in severe cases of Bipolar or Schizophrenia, I have neither, I have autism and ADHD yet has put me on Risperdal, Seroquel, Lithium, and wanted me on Lamotrigine all because I had emotional outbursts which are not from any other mental... read more

Unfortunately this wasn’t my first experience with Sage Health Care. I don’t have much to say about the clinical staff. However, the front desk staff and management lack professionalism and possibly emotional intelligence. This is not the welcoming and nonjudgmental environment needed for a mental health clinic. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Only thing they do is push pills. When a patient really needs help they don’t know anything.

I was a patient of several providers here prior to Lost River Wellness folding into Sage and Cottonwood, including Coire Weathers. I live on a different continent now, and my records and own written testimony from that experience are now being included in a study on abuses (including dangerous prescribing practices) in behavioral healthcare in the US. I don't think I need to explain that further. Stay away if you like having functional kidneys and relatively intact mental health. Study will be linked here when published.
