I had an incredible experience with Marisa Danielle at Sage Head Spa in Alpharetta. The entire service felt luxurious and relaxing from beginning to end. Marisa’s attention to detail and calming presence made me feel completely pampered. I especially loved the Milbon products… my hair felt incredibly soft, healthy, and silky with beautiful shine. I was genuinely excited to try Sage Head Spa in Alpharetta. I normally visit another head spa, but I was looking for something closer to home and was intrigued by the unique services offered here. Received a gift certificate for head spa. To book an appointment you have to pay online with your CC to secure the appointment, amount is promised to be refunded since there is a gift certificate. It has been 3 months since customer service is ghosting me and I still do not have refund processed. Actual head spa was pretty disappointing - 45 minutes of non stop shampooing the hair, no massage, just petting head and neck. Not sure which part was supposed to be spa experience. I got a facial and HeadSpa and treatment by Alvina and it was great! I almost fell asleep multiple times because of how relaxed I was. The bed was heated which was the perfect touch. I have lower back pain and she even provided me with extra support for it. I will absolutely be back!
