I’ve been going to Sage Haven for 2 1/2 years every week for acupuncture. Dr. Cassie is the best!! Her team is fantastic as well. I started out getting acupuncture weekly for infertility issues and prep for my IVF rounds, but it also help with my overall well being each week. I’ve had the best experience with sage haven! During my consultation they were extremely thorough with my assessment and did a great job explaining things to me. I’ve been back every week since, am seeing improvements in my back pain, and look forward to going every time!
I didn't know what to expect as I've never had an acupuncture treatment before, but now I can't imagine living without this as a regular part of my wellness and self care.
