As a first timer to acupuncture and cupping it’s been wonderful! Dr Erika has made it super pleasant and always ensures I’m comfortable and relaxed through my services. Excited to see where this journey takes me!
I just left my fourth session at Sage Haven and I am excited to continue my healing journey with Erika! She always checks in to see how my sessions are integrating in my life. After we check in and the needles are set; I get an hour to meditate in a warm cocoon of a bed and relax and reflect to the soundtrack of soothing music. This place is incredible. The ladies are amazing, service is amazing, results are amazing. This is my first time trying acupuncture and I decided to try it out for my brutal sciatic pain. I can’t believe I’m even saying this 8 weeks later, but I feel amazing and this was the best decision ever. Cassie is a founder of the place and has done such an amazing job! She’s so knowledgeable and comfortable to be around, and the office is so nicely put together. If you’re thinking about giving this place a try, definitely do it!!
I’ve been coming here to 2 months now. It is so serene. I started with acupuncture. Ella took everything into account, she’s very kind and gentle. Just love her. She is now doing fire cupping in addition to the acupuncture. I just tried the Infrared Red Sauna today after my normal appointment. Felt so good. Cassie the Owner is very accommodating and great. Can’t recommend this place enough. Women for women.
Dr. Erika was amazing! From the moment you step into Sage Haven, you feel seen and heard! The space is arranged perfectly and the attention 10/10. Dr. Erika was my first acupuncture experience and will definitely be visiting her soon again. The first day is gentle treatment, tuning in with your body. She explains everything so well and I love her energy. She handles expectations, good things take time. This isn't a quick fix, but a journey into lasting results . Visit them!!!
