Come into our store to sample all of our unique flavors of beef & turkey jerky! In store we sell the jerky by weight so you can have a real deli-like experience and get exactly the amount of jerky you'd like! We also offer pre-packaged vacuum sealed bags in 3 sizes. These are perfect gifts for that hard-to-buy-for person in your life!

I got this as a teacher gift from their daughter and I don't even like jerky and love this. It's delicious and my husband loves it too. We will be by the shop to buy some. :)
Slab jerky is the best old fashion beef jerky recipe I've ever tasted. I've gone around to gun shows and festivals looking for really good beef jerky and there has been some really good ones but nothing like sage harvest slab recipe. Its tough dry and well peppered.
