Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. After a stylist at this studio canceled on me twice at the last minute, I reached out to the owner, Francine, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, she never responded. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I truly regret not reading the previous reviews before booking—clearly, this is a pattern. This is not how a business should be run.
Great salon and tasty champagne.
She was very understanding and great service. She took me in due to a no show from another stylist. She was very sweet and professional.
