My experience: Dr. Charmaine Ortiz Rushed two new crowns procedure while I had a lot of pain prior to needing major surgery that she cleared me for. I ended up with active infections that lead to needing root canals by which she referred me to her in-house colleague Dr. Alvi (endodontist) who worked root canals over both the new crowns. Then one of the new crowns broke off in half. Dr. Charmaine Ortiz left me with the broken brand new crown and the temporary fillings still in after the root canals.
