The team at Sage Dental is phenomenal! From time I entered right up until I left. The staff is very friendly and caring. They are super detailed and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I found my new home!!!
As a new patient I am very impressed. Unfortunately due to Dental Insurance company issues. I couldn't be seen Saturday. However the office manager Maylene Maldonado took the time to listen made things right and now everything has been straightened out. I am looking forward to being a patient at your practice. Maylene you rock and thank you for going above and beyond in care and customer service.
I waited for in the chair after doing my initial exam for two hours without clear communication of the situation, and the overall experience felt disorganized. I left without receiving the service I came in for.
