Poor reception service attitude
Very bad experience with this dental branch. My tooth is good. But they don’t want to clean it without exam. After exam they gave me $2k plus bill for treatment plan and denied tooth cleaning without going through their whole treatment plan.
My son went for an annual checkup and cleaning. Was charged $25 for “office copay.”Later called my insurance company and I was told I should be covered 100% for checkup. The insurance agent put me on hold and called the office and was told it was a “PPE” fee. Never heard off or pay any fee at any dentist for annual cleaning. Beware of hiding fees
