Made an appointment through their Call center for an urgent extraction. Time spent filling out new pt forms and sending medical forms to the office for an appointment tomorrow July 11. Just to find out from the actual office, no appointments available until Aug. Why have a call center? My wife’s in pain and in tears. Waste of time and effort
What sort of shifty business was this? Went there for treatment May 2023, was scheduled for f/u today and office doesn't exist. Silver Springs FL office. My dental insurance says they never billed them, we paid 400 that day.
Extremely unorganized facility. So, I made an appointment, then called a couple of weeks to confirm but was told that they couldn’t find my scheduled appointment. Thankfully, that slot was still open so they could put me down. Then, on the day of my appointment, they called me 6 hours beforehand to tell me that they canceled my appointment that day because they are full and I needed to schedule an appointment at their other office at The Villages.
Sage must be removing any negative reviews.
